Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original eco-friendly packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
